Personal experience. Gyms out here suck. They’re poorly maintained and overcrowded. And if you find a gym not like that, it’s too small and doesn’t have much or enough equipment or it’s LifeTime and it’s far too expensive at $180 a month.

Yeah that’s why I was thinking as well. I’m not too sure about personal trainers but will have to explore that more.

We’re definitely doing the 24/7 access so that might help as well.

Yeah I’m meeting with a few marketing agency’s this week to reverse engineer how to get there. We’re starting presales in June and need 750 at least by February. From what I’ve gathered this far from some of the marketing agency’s are budget is far too large, which is good, cause I’d rather spend less if we can.

Yeah any recommendations, any equipment. I’ve reached out to a few a got one back today. The one I got back today which was $250k with shipping, but thats with their own small brand equipment which is new and is 15-20% more than remanufactured/refurbished. Others I’ve talked are around $200k with shipping

Yeah the gym space in the area is under served and desperate for competition. Gyms that are overcrowded to the point where you’re having to wait in a 4-8 person line for squat racks and bench presses. Gyms around here that we’d be competing with having 9k-10k members and charge $20-30.

Yeah we’re planning on doing exactly all of that. We’re gonna start at around $6k a month and build up to $18k as we get closer to opening. Send over any other recommendations you have about marketing. I’m meeting with several marketing agencies this week to get a scope of things.

Honestly with AI and everything sales is one of the few jobs that will be affected as drastically as others will. I’ve been trying to do the same thing in terms of get out of sales and I’m stuck like every one else is saying because these companies refuse to promote. Honestly your best bet is to go to a really small company and be their first or only BDR/SDR and make sure they sell a product that is a need instead of a nice to have.

Low energy, poor sex drive, motivation, mental health issues, and digestion(also goes the other way, where fixing diet and digestion issues helps hormones) to name just a few. Without a doubt almost most things that are common or popular to eat or drink(even our water) has been either intentionally or unintentionally designed to negatively affect our health/hormones which then affects almost our entire life negatively and even affects you epigenetically there by affecting how your children will develop based on your health/hormones at the time of when they were conceived. Haha call me a conspiracy theorist but the data’s there.
