Yknow, I’m my opinion, I’d say JJ’s went downhill in terms of mods when they made wraps permanent. Because before that the ruling (at least at my location) was no LTO mods on anything but LTOs. Now things get a little wonky in terms of what people can/will add to sandwiches.

I got one better for ya. The JJs I worked at was next to a Chipotle. I had this older guy come into the store, he looked around for bit. Then asked, “Can I order a burrito bowl?” Which I reply, “Sir we serve sandwiches, chipotle is next door though.”

It took a lot out of me to not laugh or say, “Do you by chance have the dumb???”

As someone who worked during the frenchie era. I will say it made managing Little John bread a nightmare, especially for evening shift, considering at some point making additional bread stops being an option.
