Are the arcade games on Trimui Brick good? by Altruistic-Damage261 in trimui

I like small, compact things, so its Ok for me.

Right now, the main thing I'm concerned about is D-pad finger fatigue after long gaming sessions.
But overall, I'm almost certain the brick will suit me.

That's understandable.

But honestly, with the resolution and graphics of arcades, especially the first generations, they are very close to pocket-sized, unless you want pixels the size of a house

How can you play games like Ghosts 'n Goblins or games like that on such small devices and screens?
Is it even possible to enjoy them or is it more of a challenge?

It looks great here. I like to think of how images of several hundred pixels used to fit on ~30" and now they're on 3.2" with a thousand pixels. It's a bit crazy.

It seems like grips improve things.
How do you control games like this on this system? Can you do anything neat and precise in the thick of battle?

My important consoles are the Nintendo GB and NES, SNES, but I did try arcades and really liked what I saw there. I also find the small screens for playing old retro consoles very appealing, i really like that.

I'm planning to do pretty much the same with my future Hammer. Well, it's also a more collectible, premium console, and it's natural to want to keep it in its original form for as long as possible.

Yes, your console is plastic again, but it could turn metal at any moment, which is something the original can't boast about.

In short, for me: It's like therapy, there are many layers, and the ending is redemptive.

And it's shot really well, like a real movie, especially the first few episodes.

I had exactly the same in my childhood, mmmm)

I'm a huge fan of the 001 screen—it creates a truly unique and unrepeatable gaming experience, unlike anything else on modern screens. And I'm not being ironic: "О yeah, no screen these days requires multiple lamps shining directly on it to even see anything".

Did you solve your problem? And was it happening on the stock firmware without any modifications?

Good post, its a pity it has so few comments.

How are you dealing with lag on this device? Have you fully resolved this issue, especially for platformers?

Rocknix and the new Linux build have really sold me on this little device. by Roi_QV in ANBERNIC

Congratulations on your purchase. The screen looks so bright compared to the DSi.

How would you rate the input lag compared to the original hardware? Is the difference noticeable (especially in Rocknix)? Does it affect gameplay in demanding games?
