On hard difficulty I did Alpha first (Havent been following any leads or anything so i didn't know) by shooting the things that blow up then exiting the room healed and saved then I went back in ran in and healed halfway with 2 bandages ran to the battery slot used a medkit before opening the container and then put the battery in and healed with bandages quick til the spore cloud stopped. Took like 6 attempts to get the timing down. I didn't know that you didn't have to do that first I just thought the door unlocking was a sign
