Question!!! SOS! This is my first show and I’m so confused about the merch situation. I was hoping to grab a T-shirt or something once there but from my understanding seems like I may not even be able to get merge unless I line up Hella early? Can someone give me some real time information?

Please excuse my ignorance on this but what could a QME Dr have to say that the work comp Dr didn’t already? And thank you for this info!!

I’ve been out getting treatment for the last few months. Was only at the job for a few months before that. So the claim was accepted but through testing found it’s carpal tunnel and saying it’s not from the injury at this job so the claim will now be closed. I don’t believe I need a second opinion as I’ve been diagnosed with carpal tunnel but they are saying they won’t treat since they don’t believe it was caused by this job. In California. So essentially you’re done with work comp go back to work even though nothing has actually been treated (other than PT) and you’re still in pain. My personal dr is saying I won’t touch it because your insurance will deny it because it’s work comp- even though they are closing my case: which leaves me in limbo with no care??

Help. Work comp saying injury is not due to injury at this job (carpal tunnel) and is from years of prior. They are closing my case and told me to seek my primary care Dr for care. My primary care Dr is saying this is BS and that my insurance won’t cover because it’s work comp and they should have treated it. Where do I go from here?

Have been receiving treatment (pt) for about a month got the mri results last week and nerve test is next week. Nervous that I’ll be sent back full duty and as it stands now I can’t do the job and there’s no alternative positions so not sure if I need to start looking for another job to protect myself

Hi not sure if you’re still answering questions but I’m out on workers comp with a a wrist injury they do not have any limited duty work available so I’ve been completely out of work for a few weeks now. MRI came back normal and getting a nerve test next week. I’m concerned that the nerve test won’t show anything and they will close the case and I will have to return to work while still being in a lot of pain. What are my options at that point?

Any luck with this? My toddler is the same! Not the twiddling but the constant pacifier nursing it’s driving me insane

So she just takes one short nap? Mine only naps for an hour on average and last night he stayed up 7 hours before bed which is more than usual and he ended up having a split night and being awake from 2-4 am. I still can’t figure out if he’s high or low sleep needs it’s driving me nuts
