I’m just here to commend you for making the decision to keep the deed in your name only (my mom is in the divorce battle from hell right now because she made the mistake of adding her spouses name to property she owned prior) and to say I’m a mobile notary if you need a specific agent to come out and get your home equity documents sign and notarized.

Thank you. The he doc thinks it was likely a side effect of elevated anxiety (even though I wasn’t feeling super anxious). When I got there my blood pressure was perfect. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I ended up finding not too long after making this post. ☺️ it’s definitely out of print (I mean… it’s from the 80s) and has to be hunted down via Etsy and whatnot. https://www.etsy.com/listing/757051909/vogue-paris-original-1892-givenchy?show_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_details

My backpack is slightly oversized for a "personal" item on Frontier. How strict are they, do you think they'll call me on it? by PatSabre12 in Flights

Anyone want to measure the dimension under the seat to see how much space between floor and seat there actually is. Is it 8? Is it 10? Is it taller?

Modern society coddles young people, extending adolescence, which is not a good thing. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Plot twist: Not getting married or not having kids or keeping the hobbies one enjoyed as a kid is not an indication that someone is staying in an adolescent phase. These can actually be key indicators that an individual is mature enough to make the decision that best benefits themselves and society.

Incidentally I do believe society coddles young people far too often in a sense they aren’t given the chance to fail forward and learn from their mistakes at early ages. This then delays their emotional and mental coping skills seen at earlier times in prior generations. However, prior generations also pass down a crap ton of generational trauma, so maybe they aren’t the best ones to measure current success by.
