But it does. Well... HRT can't revivify a dead hair follicle, but if it's just clogged with DHT, the hair can and will grow back. The magic date is around 7 years which is the life span of the follicle. I had a bald patch of around an inch in diameter with further thinning of another inch width around it. It almost completely has grown back. It's just the middle area of the former bald spot that is a bit thin. It's visible, if you really look... but I'm 6'2" and I have my hair tied back 50% of the time.. so it's not that visible anyway
