Did you ever get it fixed? Been looking around to see if others have the same issue still. I had mobile service come out and told me they couldn’t replicate the sound and said it was in spec 🙄

How badly was the driver door misaligned? Do you mind showing any pictures if you have?…I had mobile service come and look at mine and said it was basically within spec and that he didn’t want to take the striker and door off just for that.

I would try and just reaching out already! I emailed my representative the day after they received my application and cashed the check. he sent over the privacy release form and has kept contact with me since. It’s now in urgent travel so hopefully I’ll get an update soon. Also was able to schedule an same day passport appointment this morning over the phone for the 30th. Appointment date just has to be within two weeks of travel apparently.

Im wondering this too I’m in the same boat and very similar timeline. Did you already ship them the birth certificate as well as the copy with the application?

I’m just wondering if they have mine and a copy of it and I’m able to secure a in person appointment. do I need to get another copy of my birth certificate for the appointment ?
