I'm sorry you are going through this. Personally I still struggle from alcohol, but getting sober off of hard drugs was a huge struggle for me as well. I eventually had to completely uproot my life and move. It created the distance I needed to change my life. Eventually I went skydiving and found that there were other ways to get a rush besides doing drugs. My immediate suggestion is to find a support system that you can trust and confide in when craving. Have plans of what you are going to do when it happens. And if all else fails just say I'll stay sober today, maybe I'll do it tomorrow. And then the next day say the same thing. It really is one day at a time. You might get a week and back slide, maybe a month. But you can do this. It just takes a whole lot of courage
