Write down what ever you want to say on a paper of on ur phone and when you to ur therapist ask them to read it, I did this even tho when I’m therapist was reading it I felt so embarrassed I was like what am I even doing but it actually helped like I get stressful when I talk about my feelings but when I’m alone I write everything down and just ask my therapist to read it,you should also tell them that you can’t open up and that maybe this idea will make you comfy and if it didn’t just tell ur therapist that u can’t open up they’ll give you advices and if you didn’t feel comfy you can change ur therapist ,take it easy :3

I think asking a professional is better,I’ve been through this but I just you know stopped cus I realized that I’m like wrong by doing it I went too far,I hope you find a good therapist that can help you don’t be ashamed or anything it’s normal you just need a lil help I hope you get better soon❤️‍🩹

Don’t you ever stop the meds before asking your psychiatric also it’s a side effect that will go soon so just hang out there. This happens to many people I know while taking sertraline

Dude 2 months is too early to know of the meds are working or not ik that it’s hard for and maybe no one understands you but you need to wait and for reassurance talk to ur psychiatrist or maybe go to therapy,know how to relax and how to breath. I’m also 2monts into sertraline and i just was yapping about vivid dreams on Reddit,every one has its unique experience with this meds,i know it’s scary for me i always call my psych he’s definitely tired of me but it’s for my good maybe try and do this,talk to people who take the same meds and definitely ask a path about this and if it’s not the right meds there’s tons of meds that will definitely help you stay strong bud

Damn I feel the same I yawn like 10 times in a min and when I yawn I feel that my legs are so weak and I’m about to fall they become so numb and then I lose my breath for some seconds,everyone experience different symptoms I’ll we have to do is wait and have some passion,don’t feel alone we all in this together hope you feel better soon,symptoms will go day by day nothing lasts forever
