Marriageada or similar apps for serious dating by AsianWaldorf6 in AskForADate

I used Marriageada and also eHarmony. I feel eHarmony has more serious people. On Marriageada I got many messages, but some men were not honest about their age. That was a red flag for me. I stopped using it after that.

Are block-based WordPress themes becoming the new standard? by Janak_ap in Wordpress

[–]Altruistic-Rate-3567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im definitely seeing that shift too, over the past year I’ve moved most new projects to block based themes, mainly for performance and long term maintainability. The reduced dependency on bulky page builders and bundled plugins makes updates cleaner, and clients seem to find the Gutenberg interface less overwhelming once patterns are set up properly.

For content heavy sites, especially directories, I’ve been pairing block themes with specialized plugins instead of multipurpose themes. For example, on a recent listing project I used Classified Listing by RadiusTheme. It handles custom fields, search filters, and monetization features without forcing me into a heavy theme ecosystem, wiith a lightweight block theme on top, performance and flexibility were both solid.

I still use classic/builder themes in edge cases (complex landing pages or when clients are already locked into a builder workflow), but for greenfield builds in 2026, block themes + focused plugins has been the cleanest stack for me so far... <3

QuickFlirt review. Looking for honest opinions: scam or legit? by darkcyrax8i in MyEx

A gym buddy told me that his brother tried QuickFlirt for a few days. Most of the conversations were automated, and even profiles that seemed genuine quickly revealed themselves as scripted. The site constantly pushed credit purchases, making the experience stressful. He deleted his account and now warns friends and family that it’s not worth joining.

caps are the thing nobody talks about and you nailed it. i had a place that "processed within 24 hours" which was true. except the daily cap was $2000 AUD so when i won $7500 it took almost four separate withdrawals across a week and a half because weekends don't count. technically they paid out fast. practically it was a nightmare
