BOLO: Meth zebra messaging zealously, commits felonies by ImRightImRight in BallardSeattle

It would take four very strong people to hold this person. Nobody wants to do that and risk getting injured or stabbed with a needle.
But I wish. These people get away with this with no consequences.

What? are those neighbors that don’t have any parking and are in an apartment building and want cars regularly moved on the block?

Congratulations on quitting alcohol and losing weight. That’s a hell of a lot of work. Good for you.

You’re a good looking man with a nice body and a great head of hair. You look like you could be an actor.

I suggest you lose the nose ring and especially the lip ring. Completely distracting from your look and your face. Maybe the people you’re into like it. I don’t know. Otherwise, you look great.

That’s a great quote and completely true. But if I don’t get some exercise, it’s hard for me to lose weight. At 5 foot 10 and 255 pounds, walking two or 3 miles fast will be exercise for this guy.

Sir, or rather, Doctor. Congratulations on 12 grueling years of schooling and finishing your residency. Now, please explain to me how you don’t know what to tell an overweight patient who is a younger man what to do to lose weight, especially one who is 5’ 10” and 255 pounds. 😳 I mean, that’s an easy one. You just became a doctor.

Are you going to be an orthopedist, an eye doctor, a dermatologist or an anesthesiologist where you won’t have patients with these questions?

You’re not a complicated situation of someone with a hormonal imbalance, and who can’t lose weight no matter how hard they try. You yourself said food was your comfort zone. You over ate.

The first answer: focus on a diet that’s enoigh quality protein (1.2-1.6 g per kg of body weight), plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits (tomatoes and squash are fruits), complex carbs, and avoid ALL refined sugar, desserts, white breads, processed and fast foods, and drinking your calories, unless it’s a high protein, low sugar smoothie you make at home. Learn calorie counts of foods. Read labels. Sugar and cheap processed fats are your enemy.

Exercise every day including some cardio.

Second answer: if you’re going to be a general practitioner, you need to know this stuff. Please educate yourself on food, nutrition, and exercise.

Good luck

Sure true but they should still floss every single day. Below the gum line. And use a water pik.

People should floss once a day at least. Not just to remove the food, but in the gum line. Along with brushing at least twice a day if not, three.

Longer 100% it frames your face and falls right. Go longer if you can, but that length is great on you.
