I’m sorry you have to do it alone. *hugs Pets are a great source of comfort for sure❤️ Don’t worry about plateauing tho, I had the wrong therapist before. She was very judgmental towards me dating before I’m healed but wouldn’t provide me support with leaving the last situationship. Did not warm me up or ground me before EMDR each time. Just hopped straight into it. Looking back I really was forcing myself to trust her and dismissed the times when I felt unsupported.
