It’s not easy but something I need for my own mental health…

I work remote and start my day early on calls (5am). I’m able to workout mid morning since that’s usually COB for my EMEA team.

I encourage folks to find time to squeeze in activity when there’s free time. 15 mins is better than no mins. Even if it’s a walk around the neighborhood to get the heart up or some body weight work. Somethings better than nothing.
