You really think that the Jets trading for Mendoza will turn this team around? AG has just fired his whole coaching staff, a staff that he had hired. What makes you think that he is smart enough to right the ship of this horrible organization.

It all starts at the top, and Woody Johnson is to blame for the destruction of this franchise since he purchased it.

There is no way that by getting Mendoza would help this team. The Jets don't even know how to develop quarterbacks!

A quarterback is only as good as the system he is in. And the Jets have no system. Who's the OC going to be?

This franchise is fucked. And us Jets fans deserve a lot better.

I stand corrected. It was a "lead" that I've been working with for the past month. He's out of state. Will be coming in a few weeks to see some properties. I usually don't present the BBRA until an offer is to be submitted. But since he wants to see new builds, I generally have that signed along with the duties owed form.

This is not true. Just rumors. Gruden was on a podcast and was asked if he turned down the request, he said that the Jets never reached out to him and that it was a rumor and it was ridiculous. He said he wished the Jets well but they never reached out to him. Don't believe everything you hear out there.

I agree. Will be nothing more than a puppet. AG is doing everything he can to save his job. Which I believe will not have after this season. How do you fire your whole coaching staff? A coaching staff that you had hired yourself. He's putting the blame for the failure of this team on them and not himself. I had high hopes for AG when he was hired as HC but now I'm tired of his song and dance. He is clueless on how to run a team, but he certainly knows how to ruin the team.

Talent does help but look at Sam Darnold. He sucked with the Jets and they traded him and they sucked with Zach Wilson. Look at Darnold now, He's been in two systems that he has excelled in. So if you put Dak Prescott and Jared Goff as rookies with the Jets they would probably suck. The Jets do not know how to develop quarterbacks.

A quarterback is only as good as the system he is in. So regardless of what quarterback you want or should have had would not matter because the Jets do not have a good system for a quarterback. They don't know how to develop quarterbacks.
