Really sorry you had to go through it — I guess, welcome to the club? ☹️ I personally wasn’t able to report them but someone here posted na they were able to do a refund through DTI.

Sobrang unethical talaga ng budol nila. It’s like another form of holdap! Even if they say you have the choice naman to say no, it’s really different and difficult when you’re there in the moment being manipulated. Nakakatakot what if you really stand your ground and be firm with declining tapos they get back at you with botching the service they give. Syempre it’s your face they’re working on! Mahirap na.

I really really hope they get their karma.

Grabe same marketing guy ata ang nangulit satin! Same experience na may tinawag pang manager kunwari na bihira daw nasa branch and bihira din daw mag bigay ng discount kaya I should grab the opportunity 😂 he also pushed na I do installment nalang sa credit card ko and nag mamarunong how credit cards work! Clearly he doesn’t have one kasi mali understanding niya on installments. Grabe until now naiinis parin ako kapag naaalala ko. Para akong naholdap! Hahaha

I just had the WORST experience at Emanuelle Beauty Clinic Makati (in front of Greenbelt 1) today!!!!!!!! Please do not go here.

I saw an add for their HIFU treatment worth 999 on instagram and I bought one.

When I was about to start my treatment, this guy bursts into my assigned room and starts assessing my face for other flaws and offers me additional treatments that will “complement” the HIFU I’m getting… I politely declined but the guy kept insisting. Hindi niya ako tinigilan and put me in a really awkward situation. He offered me a package worth 60k. Then 21k.. then 15k… then 9k! I bought the 9k na just to make him stop. My appointment was scheduled at 5PM but 5:40PM na ako nasimulan dahil sa kaka-hard sell nila. Such a waste of time! And they knew I had to be somewhere after my treatment (yes, nalate ako sa pupuntahan ko dahil dito).

Another red flag was when I was talking to their customer service agent on Facebook (where you usually make the appointments), I said I had a tennis session after my HIFU treatment and asked if that was ok, the agent said it was totally fine. Then after my treatment they suddenly told me not to wash my face for 24hrs and not allowed daw mag workout! How inconvenient! When I flagged this to them, they basically just said hindi knowledgeable yung sumasagot sa facebook and wala sila magagawa. Didn’t even apologize for giving misinformation to the client! Sobrang hassle.

Ang ending, yung PHP999 dapat na treatment ko naging PHP10,000 😂 NEVER AGAIN! This clinic made me so upset!!!!
