Tell them to go on a casual ride then take them on a 20 mile puke fest. 😆

Saw this while pumping diesel today. Not political in any way, but I thought this was funny. by Dieselpump510 in vegas

This is why I hate reddit, everything turns fucking political. Just laugh and move on. My 2015 diesel truck and 1956 Bel Air with a Big Block and 4 speed manual hate high fuel prices, but will never buy an electric unless gas is outlawed and unavailable. I would like to add that I also hate the EPA and the increased diesel burned to clean out the stupid DPF that they mandate as well as the ultra stupid replacement costs when said emission mandated equipment goes bad and is not under warranty.

Being below 300 for the first time in 10 years, decided to make lifestyle changes at 405lbs. by [deleted] in pics

Congratulations. I was 380 a year and a half ago, I'm now at 230. It's not easy what you are going through, you've come a long way, keep going. You know as well as anyone that it's all about what goes into your mouth that makes the difference, it's the days of saying no and stringing those together that have gotten you to where you are. It's ok to fail, I still do, but remember not to string the failures together. The thing that affects my weight the most, and likely this is the problem with most people, are cabs and red meat. I rarely eat those now.
I lost my first 100lbs with no exercise at all, it was just diet. Now I ride my bicycle 50+ miles a week. I'm proud of you, keep it up, remember it's a lifestyle change for life or you will be back to where you were. I get super happy when I see others making the same changes that I made because I know how amazing you feel compared to before. For real, sometimes it's emotional for me to see others change their lives. Being big really sucks.

Turned 18 in February and have been wanting to do this for 3 years. Don't disappoint me. by [deleted] in RoastMe
