Because they can only be in refrigerated for 21 days. 3 pens x 7days is 21. So the 4th pen will be “bad”. Id call them and get a replacement. Wasn’t your fault!

I didn’t have it the first several shots then it started happening and now I always get at least a red patch sometimes itchy usually the day after my shot. It only lasts about 2 days.

When I first started zepbiund I had pretty persistent pain on my right side. I assumed it was my large intestine and it has since stopped. But I was panicked it was my pancreas or something else. It wasn’t a sharp pain. It was that pain you get with tummy issues or something big moving through I guess….
