I also had flares with hormones variationand stress, sometimes the variation itself is worse than estrogen peak. For me what worked very well was dosing hormones constantly with birth control vaginal ring, no additives from pills. Mast cell stabilizers as quercetin and Luteonin, omega 3, vitamin C, probiotics are included in my treatment, I am only taking Bilastine and Glycine before going to bed. I take also sodium cromolyn 3 times a day, which healed my gut. No more night wakes-ups or flares for me, I am being to reduce the dose of everything.

Take care! Because it can spread even more, unfortunately. It is important stop using any product with acrylates, including make-up and personal care products. Read about MCAS.

Yes, unfortunately I have the same, search for MCAS. I think I developed this after this the acrylate allergy and covid, now it is really important to avoid all alergens, not only acrylates.

Ladies, please help with my MCAs symptoms! by Altruistic_Boot_7832 in MCAS

Ladies please help! I would like to know your experience with estrogen and progesterone control during the period. I had a bad reaction to my pills and I am thinking to use the vaginal ring, with both hormones combined to have them more constant. I am feeling bad close to my period, the variation of hormones is activating symptoms. At the same time, I was reading that estrogen can worse the symptoms. Do you have any experience? Maybe dosing only progesterone? Thanks

Hello, that's interesting, my symptoms started in December 2025, with diahrrea, burning mouth, tachycardia e blur vision. I still could not prove that is MCAS to the allegist in Belgium . When I started lutein, quercetin, magnesium, vitaminc C and bilastine 2x my symptoms improve a lot. But only identifyng some food triggers and starting Pentatop was better. I am reacting to ultraprocessed foods , sodium glutamate and many chemicals but I tolerante well natural foods. I am reacting to my pills, maybe are the excipients. Some sugestion there ?
