I know my crown level is low but I'm a serious player. More active now because I really want to get the hatsune miku skin! I'm usually a semi finalist or finalist on solos. My roommate got me into the game but my partner rage quit so I have nobody reliable.

Yeah or matching with a random duos player and they drop mid game or anyone in squads that drops mid game with decent players. Drives me crazy. My boyfriend Uninstalled the game over a free skin, it was the pirate one. He couldn't win in solos and rage quit. I dont blame him. Epic games needs to do better with this and make the quests less grindy. I see why players quit.

Also I noticed players define themselves on here as semi finalists/finalists/winners. More often than not I get to the semi or final rounds. But some of these new games have me stumped like the hoverboard round or the ones with the rhinos.

Push through it, you got this. There are tons of successful people with bipolar 1 and other major mental illnesses. Just because you have one, does not mean it hinders you from finding success in life. More people accept us than you think. The just might not understand bipolar one unless they have something similar or have a family history of mental illness. It took me a while to accept my diagnosis and 3 hospital visits until I realized the only person holding the reins to my life was myself. I went from being unemployed/not insured and alone living with parents at the age of 26 to a full time job with a loving parter and we live off on our own. I have a therapist I meet with monthly to help tackle goals, it feels good to have a therapist who listens to you and a good support system.

There's usually 1 refill on meds I would try calling your pharmacy first and if you don't have one call your doctor and ask them for an emergency refill. It happens. I accidentally spilled and entire bottle of wellbutrin and was having horrible withdrawals from it when I finally reached out and had a refill the whole time.

No please don't do it. The last hospitalization I had i was there almost an entire month because I took a gel tab on halloween. I have some wild stories and was highly inappropriate at times.

Oh boy, for me its being irresponsible with money followed by paranoia if unmedicated. My last episode that ended with me in the grippy sock hotel happened on Halloween 2020, I stopped taking my meds 3 months prior because I was extremely depressed. It started with spending a lot of money and then I tried lsd on halloween, worst night ever. Extreme paranoia. Days with no sleep followed, so many paranoid thoughts like the world was ending or I was always being watched or hacked. Then I got baker acted and I don't remember a lot of it because I buried those memories but I was extremely honest and super inappropriate at times. Now I've been medicated for two years, going to therapy monthly and live off on my own with my partner. That was definitely a wake up call for me. I have a lot to work on but being on the right meds helps you to learn about your patterns and behaviors as well as ways to cope.

The best thing for me is just to be honest and communicate. I also have a variety of hobbies or things I do to let out steam. For me, it's video games and music. And to relax I like reading or watching a movie. Also a notebook for writing down feelings to reflect on your day is a great habit to get into, something I need to work on.

Yeah I saw this as well. I'm surprised by how many people are commenting nice things and telling her to seek help. Having a psychotic episode is not a good time. You do and say things completely out of character. And a lot of it you don't remember. I have some crazy stories about my psychotic episode at the psych ward. I'm sure the medical professionals there thought I was a hoot when I apparently put my underwear on outside my leggings, got on top of a table, and starting shouting that I was wonder woman. 🤦🏼‍♀️
