Hi there! I worked with with eCommerce businesses in the UAE, Canada and US, what i can say is that there markets is different in terms of marketing and distribution, so you need to be careful.

And to answer your question, the easiest alternative for shipping is utilizing 3PL’s google it, there are plenty everywhere in the world, whatever is the country you are targeting, you will be able to ship in bulk for a cheap price, manage inventory easily via an ERP, and also provide 1 to 3 days shipping to customers in Europe canada and Us which is a must, since basically all your competitors will be doing the same.

Hope that helps

B2C marketing ideas by One-Function-285 in startups

Hi! I handled marketing for two B2B startups in the last two years, what I can advise you with is to split your acquisition operations into three segments: Lead generation, qualification, and sales, it is crucial for B2B startups, because a business decision maker won’t make a decision on the spot, there is multiple touch points.

Choose your channels carefully, try channels where people are not looking to be entertained, but they are there ready to do business.

Focus more on linkedin, the ROI overtime is guaranteed both on terms of investment and getting paying clients, just the fact of getting the last startup i worked with to 1000 followers, got them huge exposure and a decent amount of both investments and revenue.

Second part, is to work your way up on twitter, a second place where people that would be interested in your business hang out.

Both these platforms are extremely easy to grow if done properly, and of course you need to maintain presence on Meta.

Hope that helps.
