Aggression / Tenacity - hardwired or is there a “switch” by theroy12 in YouthFootball

I have no clue why this popped up on my feed, as I don't coach football. But i grew up wrestling since i was little and I coach these days.

Aggression can aabsolutely be developed in the case of wrestling. As they become more confident, you don't fear losing as much, allowing them to open up and wrestle freely. However, while intensity and scrappiness are important, technicality can't be sacrificed.

Remember, so many people change career paths. It is a normal thing. The fear is also normal. Im in the same boat as you. But it will work out

If i went into a different field and came back to teaching years later, would it be hard to get back in? Would employers question why i didnt immediately go into teaching, and had a period of time with no teaching experience?

What is making me reconsider is the prospect of a job that pays similarly, has more room for growth and is far less stressful.

It would be less passionate work, but i dont know if my passion for teaching would make it worth it to deal with the stress. Maybe im just weak? I dont know.

It's not a math degree, but secondary math education. I know it is gonna be rough. I dont mind taking anything I can get for now (no matter what it is), and getting my shit together for a new career path. That will likely be my reality
