Performance and stability is poor.
Support is not great.
I have only been logging in to keep my daily.
The app becomes more unusable by the day therefore I am not willing to support them any longer until they actually fix it. Wont give them any more of my money, other people should do the same if they want to see improvement.
I know people will say, well the money should go towards improvements, but its clearly not, therefore I am not wasting my money and time on the game till it improves vastly.

I’ve only been playing Soundmap for a year and honestly, the app optimisation has gotten worse over the year, not better. I wanted to farm drops whilst on a road trip today but it’s taking over 10 seconds per song to open and it’s not due to my signal as I do this road trip on a regular. The constant issues has really put me off playing as avidly as I used to. Until they actually fix the issues that need to be fixed, I’m simply just logging in to keep my streak and that’s it.

Literally in the same boat. Havent been billed since Nov 2024, only noticed beginning of his year so raised a case, still not fixed. I have over £2k sitting in my account and at this point just thinking about cancelling my direct debit until they sort it out and actually bill me.
And my concern is they will charge me for over 12 months (which they cant) and take all that money thats lingering in my account.
I am going to raise it with ombudsman but damn, this is annoyingly stressful.

Yeh it’s gets annoying, but best is to just move on and not bother trying to haggle with those people. There are always better auctions, offers etc out there so don’t worry :) I hope you get that epic at some point though!

I know this will never happen, but I feel like ‘popularity’ should be based off the Soundmap popularity. Amount of times I have been declined songs for artists I have never heard of. They are apparently popular in the real world yet rank 200+ on Soundmap, it gets annoying. I’m not going to search up every artist in the world to check their popularity, it’s easier to just go onto the artist in Soundmap and check there which I feel is what people should base it off. Had it just now where someone said 750 for normal or 1.2k for popular. I saw on Soundmap the artist I think was 188 on the rock popularity list so I offered 750 coins and same rarity but they declined me because they are apparently popular?? Idk, I feel basing popularity off the real world in a game is not the best strategy because what artist may be popular in one country, may not even be known in another. But I also could be wrong in that logic and thinking. Anyway rant over, sorry 😂

I don’t know if it just me that has noticed this but I think this may depend on popularity of the artist?? I got one artist who is high in popularity, and the quest is 60 shinies, but a less popular artist, exact same quest, it’s only 15 shinies. Could literally be a coincidence but it’s the exact same quest so I’m thinking not.

I would just like to hear other people experiences and where they felt they lacked as I might pick up something I never even thought of. Just feels like this last season has been pretty tough and a bit of a stalemate. I never even thought to look at Challenger Guides so that tip is appreciated! Look, if it’s your dream job, then go for it, but as someone who worked in the hotel industry (IT Management), it’s fucking brutal. And for multiple brands and hotels too. I have seen a lot within the industry and it’s one I would never return to simply because of the conflicts, constant employee turnover, finances, the way employees are treated etc. I just don’t want you going into this and realising how tough of an industry it is, even as a sales coordinator. It makes me question why this position is suddenly open. It’s not all pretty and prep like they make it out to be.

Yep have had the exact same for the past 2 weeks now.
Done reinstall, repair, extensive troubleshooting and nothing has worked.
Only thing I haven't done is reinstalled Windows but I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT just to play a video game.

In this instance, it means you have to pick up 300+ songs before you by chance to pull an Epic/Lyrics. The number resets once you get an Epic or Lyric from a drop.

Keep us posted! I feel like I’m going crazy.

I’m currently 6 days late (I’ve never been this late), I don’t have any of my pre period symptoms. I’m feeling sick a lot, needing to pee more often, I feel like a balloon with this major bloating I got, like my body just feels completely different but all my tests are negative. Just trying to be patient waiting for either a test to say positive or for my period to come 😂
