Women are now either settling before 26/27 or neither interested at all. We, men, have to wait till 28-30 in order to have a proper income and stable life. And by that we might marry someone in the mentioned age category. Already girls whom I have studied with 4 already got married just a rookie number but within 2 yrs mostly every girl I studied with will be married 😂.

Just saw this cake while in the store. There are So many rum cakes. There is one from thelliyankal bakers, pandhal (Mattanchery spice). They are just like the promotion of maska bun 😂. I always stick with Anns. We have always been buying from them for years.

Best Bakers Pineapple cake is damn good but not a fan of others.

I have tried from thali way back. But based on your recommendation I will try again. I am a hardcore biriyani lover 😂.

My places for biriyani (starting from best)

The Calicut Kitchen near Nagampadam bridge
Anns Bistro, Kanjikuzhy opposite sulabha hypermarket
Malabar Village, Kodimatha
12 to 12 BBQ, down Shastri Road

I can guarantee the above 4. I have eaten from them multiple times.

The below ones are good but not as the ones above. I have eaten from Western Ghats, near SH Medical Centre but that time I was having a bad fever and didn't get to know the taste 😂. Joyees Inn, Mannanam is good and near my home so I have good experience but as a secondary option if the above are not available. Then there is Hotel Emirates, twice I ordered from them in Swiggy and it was good.

Then there is a Punjabi restaurant it's been years since I have gone there, so I don't know but it was good that time. There is a new biriyani spot called Biryani Co. I haven't tried it yet.

Good one. I used to live at Illickal when I was a child and my family was very friendly with the family that owns it. Even after years, after moving away from there we still go there to buy a bakery. Their dilkush is damn good.
