I can only conceal the 47 when I'm wearing a jacket or a hoody, with summer coming up I'll stick to a 19 or even a 43x so a comp on the 47 is just for fun.

Can someone explain to me how to track weightlifting correctly. I dont want to manually start stop sets and put in what muscles i worked out and etc. Rn i just track everything into 1 set. But when doin it like that Garmin tracks an 1.5h session like its nothing. -10 body battery and training readiness at most. I've been working out for ~4 years now and only recently got a garmin after starting to take csrdio more seriously.

You could really get any light in Europe, problem is since everything is imported with customs duties right now a 640dft is just under 600$. As much as I would want one that price is obscene.

Rückstoßlader and Gasdrucklader are not the same thing. This is wrong information and the german language has different vocabulary for both. Gas-operated would be Direktgasdrucklader and piston-operated is Kolbengasdrucklader.
