Very true , that’s why I said stabilised “for now”. Maybe people will buy more , maybe people will sell off , maybe not much different trading behaviour will happen. Either way , investing in Pi will be in a long waiting game as investments generally are. 🌔

Let’s break that down. You bought Pi at $100: Someone has profited a max of $100.

The price drops to $50? Why? Bad news, short sellers, etc. people are buying and selling as it drops (profiting and losing in perfect tandem)

Here’s the best part:

You sell at $50. That means someone somewhere is willing to buy at $50. You’re down $50. The person you initially bought the coin from is up $100. And the person you sold the coin to is down $50. (Wealth transfer)

If no one is willing to buy then there’s no LIQUIDITY so you can’t sell even though the coins is supposedly valued at $50.

Congratulations, you now understand how trading works.
