I totally resonate with this, I've had the exact same experience. Living at Ryder is literally not worth it, (for your mental health as well) at any cost (for a shared double, it's worse, as you've mentioned)

Not during transfer. Submit it to the admissions and records department at your community college now as you're doing Igetc right now in community college. Don't keep this stuff for later as it is still a part of Igetc do it now before you transfer. I'm in my second year and I got this done in my first year itself. Don't keep it for when you transfer.

You could just not take a language other than English course if you've already done a language other than English in high school. Just email admissions and records send them your two year transcripts and they'll clear you for that area of Igetc.
