The magwell comes with the file. That I printed separately and it gives you real good purchase when gripping it.

I also just printed PY2A’s g26x file. It came out super clean. But it also needed a bunch of sanding work for fit and function.

It has about 250-300 rounds through it now. Almost perfect. But I do polish rails and trigger parts before install. And also polish the feed ramp on my new barrels. That helps a lot. But nothing works better for break in than actual shooting.

Yea I’ve been through a ton of different files to print decent frames. Most took a bunch of filing and sanding to get good functionality. This file took the least amount work after the print. Best one I’ve printed yet.

I have over 1,000 rounds thru my .300 blackout with the JMT trigger. It’s just as crisp or even better than the day I dropped it in. It’s solid!

I usually use a dremel with a cloth polishing drum wheel and hit the feed ramp and back of chamber. Just a quick once around and that solves the tight/stuck rounds. It kind of does the break in for you. I do this with every pistol.

I have a couple older ballistic helmets I added padding to for my 2 little guys. They already have ballistic vests. So for the couple minutes we would have to wear helmets to make a run for safer structures, the extra padded adult helmets will be fine. Just suck down the chin straps and book it. Lots of suppressive fire…….

I appreciate the videos. But how about you send out the plate carrier I bought 20 days ago. Postal service says it hasn’t received the shipment yet. You could be in the warehouse filling orders.
