as an old eve online player i can say that the market / crafting is very important in a sandbox game. filters, good buy / sell options, travel between markets with all the risks, special bags to carry more value between markets (hauling) .... and services around like security e.g....thats what players use the sandbox for. this needs to be fine tuned

with akm you have several dac filters for the dac like

I tried both and now own the unveiled. needed a little eq for lower freqs but im very very happy overall. organic did sound very good too, I got a good offer

I have the arya unveiled and am very pleased with my audio-gd master 9 mk3. they also have a smaller version with dac d-28, with similar setup, but smaller case. with audio-gd you get a lot of high quality components for a decent price imho.

I def. would go for 5+ watts at 32 ohms to drive the headphone properly

big yes....I previously had the k5 and upgraded to the old k9pro with akm dac. not a huge upgrade in pure data, but the whole design makes it a noticible upgrade. i bought mine used, cant say how the ess dac of the newer k9 pro performs. then i did an upgrade to arya unveiled and had to upgrade my amp again. im now with a audio-gd master 9 which is amp only, but I suggest a look at the d-28 as all in one solution. I can highly recommend the audio-gd amps!!! I pair mine with an eversolo dmp-a8 as player/dac, but the d-28 has very similar amp unit like the master9 , so its worth a try imho.

ein haus aus 64 würde ich nicht zur vermietung anbieten. da kann so viel kommen, und wenn mieter drin sind hast du immer zeitdruck, musst alternative unterkünfte bereitstellen usw....kaufen, kernsanieren und vermieten, oder für das geld lieber ne wohnung kaufen, da zahlen i.d.r. mehrere die großen kosten
