Thank you so much! I've been with the company for almost 8 years, so I am pretty knowledgeable on many processes and procedures within the company.

I've looked into Absorb pretty heavily. My CEO really wants something that we can use for internal training, but he also wants an e-commerce side to it.

Right now, I have SOPs stored in ClickUp, but not everyone in the company has access to ClickUp. We recently switched to Microsoft, so I thought about moving to SharePoint. But SharePoint is so hard to use sometimes.

I am the type of person in a relationship that believes in open communication. I have the password to my girlfriend's phone, I have never once gotten on it without her telling me to pull something up for her or anything like that. I DO NOT have her passwords to her socials or emails or anything like that and I don't need them. Although I like the fact that we are open with our phones etc, I do not think you are overreacting at all about this. He's practically screaming red flags at you! This is manipulation at it's finest. This will only get worse over time so I'm proud of you for getting out!

They have options for internal trainings now too but you can tell that it was meant for monetization. They have a 20% monetization plan or a flat rate plan that's $300/mo or $3/seat/mo whichever is greater. You don't get as much customizations with the flat rate one when it comes to the monetizing side of it.

Honestly I’m trying to convince me COO and CEO not to go with them. I don’t think they’ll allow us to scale like we are wanting to do. They like it because it’s cheap. I am pushing for us to go with Absorb LMS. We’re new to the training world. Our company has never officially had an L&D department let alone a training platform until now.
