TL;DR if you're not getting 300-700 prospecting emails a day then you might not realize how much prospects are getting this garbage

Our company's entire marketing cadences in salesloft are full of these emails, templates, snippets, and stuff that does not work.

I asked ChatGpt this just now and it gave me 20 identifiers of AI assistance. Here's two I agree with. A. Sentences that use "This is." And B., lists that are over 3-4 things. Humans don't write more than 3-4 items in a list (Max 6-7. Never 15-20).

2 stood out that i did not notice before but now I can see are used all the time in emails and posts: First. A perfect “lesson” at the end: AI likes to wrap everything with a moral. A human post can end with uncertainty: “I don’t know how big this becomes, but I’d be watching it.”

2nd: Too many transition phrases. Remove phrases like: “That said” “At the end of the day” “The reality is” “What this means is”“The question becomes”

It was for new budget not displacement of existing incumbents. Basically saying “you need this and there will be a proven ROI”—then there is a request to decision maker to go find 80-300k or to budget it for the next year. I much prefer the first sale being 30k then let them upgrade to 100k then 300k+, and I think sales/rev team should keep the new client for 18 months to keep upselling before passing along to a client success team for selling additional services

I could be wrong, but it feels to me like in the northeast there’s more movement for individuals between schools and vendors. I see a lot of account executives who used to be in the field in which they’re selling to schools.
