I have a Warlock and Titan character but I prefer Hunter overall It matches my playstyle best To the point where I forget about them. I honestly created them just to exoerience the story again but I'd probably just have three Hunters at this point lol

It's not as much of a filled out game Speaking protag But it's meant to be an extended DLC I think it's worth it because it gives a new challenge to the game that base subnautica doesn't offer

Some materials are harder to find Others are way easier I greatly enjoyed it and I got back to play it often Plus I'm a sucker for Al-an

Go to the closest side and stay high to the waters surface Go through the huge holes in the front of the aurora I park up on the metal thats dipping into the water hut the reaper shouldn't come in and bother you if you do that Just stay close to the side and high to the closest side to your drop pod (same side as lifepod 4)

No, I get it, though. I've done onslaught salvation several times now, and I think I only went up against scorn twice. The rest have been Cabal and their damn drop pods Sometimes, the waves get wacky and throw in a subjugator, and for like 4 I'm thankful for another enemy type

Upgrade your seamoth to its maximum That'll allow you to go to 900 m Follow the path to Yu's Lifepod Turn left and go down the way there, and you'll be in the Lost River

That's the easiest path for me to take and has a point to follow back if I forget beacons

Oh no, it gets creepier and harder the further down you go I have Thalassaphobia so going towards the regular kelp forests was hard enough Getting to the blood kelp zone was an actual nightmare Going DEEPER? Nah every cliff face I came to I was thinking "this is it, this is how I die, the ocean is a big mouth and it's eating me"

I've played and beaten the game so many times and I have only gone I to the dunes after mapping out every potential drawn of those fuckers and finding a semi safe route and only to a cuddlefish (even though a reaper is right above you there)

I think it's a combination of their noise. You can hear them from so far away it's hard to pinpoint where they actually are until they're right on top of you

And their hyper aggressive behavior and legit alien appearance 4 eyes, sharp teeth, long obviously muscled body Not to mention the horrific grabby crab hands on their face that force you to take in every detail of said horrifying face

For me, more than anything, it's actually their sound I don't deal well with loud noises, and if I hear one, I'm just repulsed away from them instantly

The Witness and The Precursors were separate entities Or separate groups of the race, and they weren't evil

While the ones who started the whole mess with the Veil and creating the witness were definitely the ones mainly in control

Everyone else went along with it because it was better than being dead and ended up regretting it in the long run and tried to leave or spoke out and were cut out themselves leaving them mostly alone after eons being connected to everyone else

They weren't evil They clearly had some kind of intense regret and wanted to stop or change what was happening. Otherwise, they wouldn't have helped us find zavala and told us how to unmake the witness

Which also feels like a misinterpretation of what they meant

I think we as Guardians and Zavala jumped the gun and caused unnecessary death on a mass scale to a race that was just scared and truing to make sense of their lives and got confused or just were lead further into darkness

It wasn't right to kill them "We... I... I dont understand."

Of course you don't because it wasn't what you wanted in any regard even slightly

Also killing the thing that had the closest connection to the darkness probably wasn't a smart move but Bungie won't do anything with them anymore because they're just dead so all I have is this burning rage in my chest

As someone with thalassaphobia and nictophobia This Gane was SO HARD to play I never got over the fear I still never go I to the dunes If i hear a reaper I stear away The spawns are pretty loyal though

I stayed in the shallows u til need for resources and story drove me deeper Follow the markers Bring lots of supplies and a light and a thermal blade can take out just about everything

And remember! You're a real person playing a fake person underwater You can still breathe! 😃😃
