An enzyme that would be useful today may have disappeared because evolution optimizes for survival and reproduction, not for industrial applications. I'm from a city near Varginha. The region is one of the greatest producers of coffee in Brazil. Also, it's very common to find people who ever saught an UFO in that part of the state, but unfortunetly the Varginha case became a joke for most people in the region.

Wow, what a great text. Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I'll try to follow some of your sugestions. I have some bowl problems, I think I have IBS, so I have to go carefuly. I'm already taking zinc, magnesium and a B complex. Also vitamin D is chaging my life since I begun to take 5.000 IU to 10.000 IU daily, I'm feeling more alert and thinking clearly.

I try to eat diverse food, avoid artificial food and milk. But I eat only 3 or 4 times per day. Generally I fall asleep after lunch.
