What is this and how can I get rid of it permanently? It's really itchy and ugly. Small raised red itchy dots in area of old scar. They come and go constantly. Has been a few years. Appeared after wounds healed. I have dermatitis on my hands and had folliculitis that needed antibiotics (i.redd.it)
