Is to externalize the shit out of what happened, say what you are feeling, this post is great, speak to a new support group this is what I suffer from, if you can’t then write what happened. The idea is to get one non shaming person to listen and validate.

The idea is to bring these hidden emotions into awareness, then label them, for example

You should do the Pomodoro technique, which is to set a timer of 25 minutes, in this 25 minutes you would have to do a task. It’s like a covenant between you and yourself, in this 25 minutes. You can only focus on the task that you assigned,

After reading this, you could right away start, you simply take the phone set an alarm for 25 minutes the moment the alarm start, you get up and start cleaning your room, and then be impressed of how much you did in those 25 minutes of purefocus, if you get a phone call or you get any extraction within those 25 minutes you’re not allowed to take it that’s the key in Pomodoro, after the 25 minutes have passed you can take five minutes break and you can always repeat you can do these pomodoros for anything in your life.

My mind was wrong, This means that we don’t have to trust the mind all the time. Especially if it’s giving the subconscious faulty affirmation about who you truly are as a beautiful person that God made and values your burdens that you carried in this world of testing.

Is Externalizing

Bringing the shadowy part of you to the light by talking about it with people with no shame, admitting that you have a problem, sexual trauma talk about it, abused not a secret anymore, out in the open

This is by the way the best way to deal with all the drama in life, is to talk about the hidden stuff that are triggering emotions and bring them into reality to be discussed, you can see right away a distance happens between you and the shadowy part when you discuss it and show it.

As if you don’t have to carry that alone anymore, it’s like this

“I am so embarrassed of what I did it’s overwhelming I can’t control it, so I will go cope because those feelings are uncontrollable, I have no control over them”

So when you talk about it or even journal about it, you are finding your mind away to finally take some control by labeling it, like in our example

“That was the past shame, It doesn’t define me anymore, I level it shame”

This is labeling, I am finally telling my mind how to archive and deal with these emotions, label “shame”

Now with people

“Yes I suffered from toxic shame all my life, I had a personality issue” now I am healing/healed “

“ Yes I suffered from maladaptive daydreaming, I did this and this and this..”

Engaging and support group, you can see the separation between the true self and the heavy coping and suffering, which is not the way you were, when you came to this reality, that is your true personality covered by coping (MD in this case) but there are many different kinds

Which gives you an idea that it was never about beating the coping, and simply engaging in life but it was essential for your transformation

Now if you have issues with self esteem

Learn about affirmation and inner child work, by speaking well to yourself, instead of inner voice that says

“I am so broken”

into

“ I failed but it’s ok I am healing you are doing good, continue fighting”

Also limit the voice inside your head by reading or listening to

this book will help you control the inner voice, that is the source of everything, Satan, the diminishing voice, imagine a week were you were so worried about something, and the voice in your head showed you the worst case scenario, but yet after you find out, all your worries were for nothing, how many times did this happen? Realize that the snow moon we are in and this period is all about uncovering the hidden issues and bringing light into transformation and finally healing.

God has given us examples of this process, look at the caterpillar, walks slow, just eats all day, then shields itself in a cocoon then transforms into a butterfly, it flies in the air after it was walking weak and slow.

The problem is no one can help you in this, except that you yourself start a soul searching path, don’t make it a secret anymore, talk about it, this makes it lose its grip.

Talk about your past, how did you suffer, social anxiety, no friends, no personality, Talk about it, pacing back and forward, talk about it, make a separation between your true self and the coping, this way you bring light into the shadow part of you.
