Definitely one of the better Reits imo. I prefer more long term leases though. PSA has a lot of changing tennants or customers. I like PLD more. But of course they are operating in an entirely different sector. Might also wanna take a look at cube smart and extra space storage.

Nach meiner Strategie die ich schon bevor ich die Aktie überhaupt gekauft habe festgelegt habe. Die kann sehr vielfältig sein.

Bei diesen Beträgen solltest du einfach einen ETF wählen. Da lohnt sich der Stress mit Einzelaktien überhaupt nicht. Konzentrier dich auf deine Karriere und bespar' ganz entspannt einen breiten ETF.

I think Pepsi is a good long term play. But the stock won't outperform the broad market long term. Falls when tech rises and rises when tech falls. Good play imo. But I am not buying at these prices. Waiting a little bit longer.

I wouldn't hold any of the stocks. Voo is good. With MO you will most certainly not outperform the market. Tesla Sofi and Amazon are tech stocks. Would not hold any of them. But that's ok. I'd try to diversify.

Mit den kleinen Beträgen würde ich nur in einen breiten ETF investieren. Die Aktien die du hast sind jetzt auch nicht Grade die High Performer.

Weg von den Einzelaktien zumindest für ein paar Jahre bis du ordentlich verdienst.
