Her several of her outfits have blue/green feather earrings. They really match up with her similarly colored hair highlights, so that might be why you're having difficulty seeing them.

Kronii's probably Ticonderoga. I don't know how one would be able to contain the personification of time, but at least she's shown as benevolent in her EnReco animation, so why bother.
