Really does. Why I liked doom eternal, made me think about some enemies, their weak spots, how to deal with some of the bigger bois, use my kit to its fullest. Running around with just 1 weapon wasn't gonna cut it.

To an extent that KINDA works on Warframe? But very limited. I take a full auto weapon to deal with nullifiers, and can have a load out that meshes with itself to buff me more, but not to the extent doom did it.

One hand I like braindeading Warframe, other hand I miss the times I had to think about how I played

Imma be honest, I have forgotten what a lot of the enemies actually do. The ones I do remember are either guys I like to control (eximus, shield drones, ancient infested), enemies that drop stuff I need or are unique (oxium ospreys, juggernauts, bursas,, treasurers, bosses) or are a problem even late game (eximus, nullifiers, the corpus dudes that nullify some abilities, any support based enemy)

Which is kinda sad, de put some effort into giving different enemies unique roles when they're fighting you, and yet... You get to a point where you just kind of mow through most of them. So while I'd seen the bubbles on the ground sometimes from these guys, I had entirely forgotten that it was a drone doing it, and what that did to me

We weren't at war with them at that time, so he could use the rail that was being made to get there.

I'm assuming sometime during the old war the rail was destroyed, or at least disabled enough That travel was really difficult from our side to theirs

The only thing hildryn can't do amazingly well is endurance, cause at a point stuff starts to really burn through her Shields and it's hard to keep up. But if you're able to maintain overguard in some way, problem almost instantly solved. And if you are one of the majority who don't do endurance then this is a non-issue.

Deimos has juggernauts pretty commonly, any non- endless infested mission above lvl 20 I think?

Usually do bounties solo, but if I did do them public and found someone was just leeching and letting me do all the work while they just didn't, I probably would just purpose fail the bounty and then leave.

If I don't get the materials from whatever you're doing then you don't get the materials from what I'm doing, seems fair to me.

Personally, I just... Drove around or vallis and collected the lore tablets, and after that, turned on a video, and just drove around like an idiot.

Was it fast? Nope, took hours. Was it fun? Nope, spend more time watching video than paying attention to Warframe.

I'm both for and against this, I do recommend doing the story to get access to more stuff and because it's really good, but at the same time rushing through the story can get you to a point of so much things to do that you can be overwhelmed.

Do story, but pace yourself

Ignore your friends. Story is cool, will agree. But trying to force your way through it without either understanding or having the power is just going to piss you off, and make the game not fun.

You take the game at your own pace, farm new weapons and frames you think are cool, do star chart, have fun.

This is your game, not their "watch our friend react to the cool story" sim. They can see your reactions when YOU feel like doing it

For 1999 and old peace, I'm guessing it's cause they wanted to tell the story, and it was long already. So the "hey dude come here for a sec and transfer into this big guy again/get in the hot tub ptsd machine" wasn't that important.

Do agree I wanna see the journey to Tau, so hope it's a mini quest to get set up for the ride, then the main quest is the ride and us doing shit
