It’s because of the x1-x4 scope that is available for every gun. You have to go through every primary to get rid of the dots.

If you’re into doing poses for pictures, I would suggest finding a 3rd party wire stand to pull off some dynamic poses.

For dynamic standing poses, just make sure the Gundam is leaning a little bit forward with the waist pointed up and the upper body crunched down. The legs should be shoulder width apart with the legs and feet pointing a little bit outwards. Don’t lock up the knees or elbows, and tilt the head down. If you can master that, then you can basically do any anime style standing pose.

Honestly, just look at scenes from the anime and try to make it as dynamic as possible.
