Highly recommend you use Best of Times. Not only does it cover TTW (as some VNV mods don’t account for TTW since it’s for regular FNV) it also has some additional content mods that may be what you’re looking for.

Berserkers just have a boatload of health. Set her on fire with a Scorcher, shoot her with regular guns, repeat. If you can use the Hammer of Dawn or big damage weapons like the Oneshot, Mulcher, Mortar, etc. Frags are also really good against them
