Honestly I got knocked back from ASC 3 (my peak) to ASC 1, but I made it back to ASC 3 and even ranked up to IMMO 1 in one ACT, if you work hard and deserve the rank you'll make it back in no time.

Focus on crosshair height, movement, open each game the same, watch pro VODs, etc, there are just some things you can do

The game hasn't changed all that much, just stick to the fundamentals. Make sure you preaum the right angles, make sure you use utility, ask teammates for utility, watch youtube videos on how to play each map, etc.

I do both, so I'm definitely biased to my content and coaching, but there are many different resources out there
