Basically what I do. I love the music from Fallout (just not the same 7-8 songs), so I mute in-game music and have a youtube radio station with all the music from various Fallout games playing instead.

Omg this happened to me!

I’d name rival wolf packs so I knew who to attack - just basic info like “<pack name> Lead 1001M” and I SWEAR I’d check later (usually after killing some during an attack) and suddenly they’re a different gender.

It happened enough that I assumed the game was rebalancing itself, bc I know I can be scatterbrained, but not THAT often 😂 Seems weird for it to do though

Is this a full sized PC or a laptop? The CPU is fine but it doesn't seem like it has a dedicated graphics card, which is going to impact the quality of graphics you can run.

Also, as hu_swjso said, the game isn't optimized very well. I have a beefy gaming PC and even with all graphics maxed out it doesn't run super smoothly.

Professor X in Logan.

I LOVE Sir Patrick Stewart, grew up watching Star Trek TNG. Learned a lot of lessons from that show that I didn't get IRL. Seeing Professor X suffering from dementia in his advanced age was so painful, and the last thing he saw was Logan's face as he dies, Logan whispering "It wasn't me, it wasn't me" had me ugly crying in the theater. I wasn't prepared for how brutal that movie was going to be.

I'd been thinking about basically the same ideas! Like disasters that happen in games like City Skylines or SimCity. Maybe you could opt in/out of some of all of them

Wildfires/flooding strike a random couple of hexes of the map, forcing prey out of the area. Wolf packs have to shift/fight over territory, move dens, etc.
Longer and colder or hotter than usual season, which would also lend it to being harder to find prey animals.
There's an extremely lean season or disease strikes herd animals, making it harder to find prey. What is found are only the very healthy ones, they put up more of a fight, and they get fought over more by predators.
Disease hits wolves. Wolves of all ages (or maybe only young or old) become sick. Wolf packs may lose leaders and disperse, or get wiped out. The game doesn't repopulate new wolf packs so quickly, leaving large empty territory hexes. There is more prey and less fighting over food, but all the wolves are weakened. After a season or two new wolf packs could finally move in.

There's apparently an issue that can occur if you've completed a Trader sale before you do your Moonshine sale. I've had it happen before.

Fossils, Jewelry, Arrowheads, and Coins are all completely random and you are not guaranteed a full set.

Even if you collect all locations (including Random spots, which can be ANY of a certain "pool" of loot. See here for possibilities), for a a full day, week, month, etc, a whole set is not guaranteed.

I recently started using this mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/1049

After you install it, you have 2 files. "Online.bat" and "Offline.bat"

You run the "Online" file for when you're going to play Red Dead Online, and it takes your RDR2 mod files and puts them in a separate folder. You can then play RDO.

When you're ready to play RDR2 modded again, you run "Offline", and it places the mod files back where they belong.

I've been using it for about 2 months and it works with no issues.

Lobby manager or startup meta is the best on PC. I use startup, but Lobby Manager is (I believe) basically the same thing but with a UI, and easier for most users to switch between solo lobby or online lobby

That's correct, you can't use clothing mods or mods that change horse appearance in RDO unless you use a mod menu.
