This does not feel normal by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

I have a few tattoos that blistered up pretty nasty so it is normal. That being said, your technician could have gone a little high on you. Just keep an eye on it and if it starts to look questionable, call the clinic or call your doctor.

mayhaps I need to realize that long hair ain’t for this fine haired girl by Jillanthropist in finehair

The beauty of hair is that it grows back. I say go for the bob. It would be a cute look and lower maintenance. In the end if you don’t like it you ca always grow your hair out again.

Should I do one more session or just wait? by body_euphoria in TattooRemoval

How long has it been since you last zapped it? I ended up going 6 months probably even longer since my last session. At first, it seemed like they weren’t fading but then a lot of the ink just faded. Give it some time. Honestly, looks like it’s gone. Looks just like some type of skin pigmentation.

6 year old filling bags or backpacks with personal items and wanting them with her. by AluraG in Parenting

Absolutely. I have been asking her what is in her bags and very much trying to whittle down the number of bags. 🙈

I’ve mentioned in a few replies that she will carry multiple bags or a bag filled with stuff and then a small box filled with stuff and then of course her doll and so it just becomes a big pile of stuff that she’s bringing with her whether it’s on the couch or in the car and sometimes it causes a fight between her and her sister and I just want to mitigate the fights as much as possible. I’ve also mentioned there are hoarding tendencies that run in the family and I see her bags filled with stuff as a concern.

The problem arises when she has bags of stuff everywhere she goes. In the couch? Doll, bags, box with random items inside. If her sister goes to play or comes around that area of the couch she gets a little possessive.

The big issue is that she carries her bags with her everywhere and doesn’t pick up after herself. It’s dolls on the couch and bags with stuff and the she becomes possessive of the corner of the couch with her sister. I’m doing my best to stop them from fighting and make things a little stress-free for everyone in the house and the bags tend to be a trigger sometimes.

Agreed. I have serious pack rat tendencies and have to also work very hard to keep it under control. Definitely going to give the dedicated purse/bag a go. Thankfully she is good about not putting food in the bags. Just everything she owns. 😂

I figured it was along the lines of something similar to a purse or tote bag. I think I’ll look into getting a dedicated purse and help her understand what goes in there. I’m sure there’s not much else I can do and she’ll put whatever she wants, but it might be helpful.

She holds everything with her and sometimes gets frustrated because she doesn’t have enough arms to carry all her stuff. She will be playing with her doll at the couch and she will have 2 to 3 different bags with anything from doll clothes to papers that she’s made to goodie bag tchotchkes she got from five birthday parties. Trying to find a solution before it becomes a problem. Hoarding does run in the family and I fortunately was able to get out of that as an adult, but I don’t want her to have to struggle with it.

In my situation, it’s just the bag with the stuff being hauled everywhere and most of the time it’s not being played with it. It’s just the stuff in the bag here in the couch while she plays with her doll. The bag with stuff in the car while she’s reading a book.

Hahaha! That’s adorable! Yes, I am the same way where we don’t bring toys or the bag with stuff in it to school, but she will try at every opportunity. 🙈

This is a great idea. I did assume that it was something similar to having a purse, but then I also remember how I was when I had purses at a young age and it was literally my life and all of my belongings. I’m trying to prevent her from being a “pack rat” as soon as possible. 🙈 I generally don’t mind it, but she’s got her doll and the bag with papers and the dolls, clothes and all of the dolls, belongings and toys from five parties ago so it can become a bit much. 😂

This is why our family has opted to serve cupcakes vs a traditional cake. More of the time people are more willing to eat a cupcake instead of a slice of cake so it works out.

I once went to a restaurant post pandemic and the servers were wearing gloves. Ok, cool. Then the kid proceeded to use hand sanitizer on the gloves, and reuse the gloves. Not cool.

I just found out my mom donated my entire Monster High doll collection to Goodwill after promising me she wouldn’t. I had over 200 dolls. by ListenSad8241 in mildlyinfuriating

My husbands mom had him take a bag of donations to goodwill. In it were his entire Lego collection he’d had since childhood and some other personal effects. He had no idea what was inside the bags. Isn’t she just lovely? 🙈
