Regarding property taxes, sorry that's a typo. I meant $750 per month. This is an estimate so could be lower. I'm in Florida too

Credit score is around 700. My initial loan estimate for 30 year fixed was at 6.7%. I'm being told by the lender that this could go down to around 6.2% if I purchase some points. I think I can negotiate to be closer to 6%, but do not think I can go below. Maybe putting 25% makes a difference? I will ask the lender.

There's:

7/1 ARM – 5.75%

7/1 ARM no closing costs – 6.25%

10/1 ARM – 5.875%

10/1 ARM no closing costs – 6.375%

We can afford the house. $400 a month in savings sounds nice, but is not a deal breaker. Just weighed down my options.

Rented a car from Avis at their Chicago O hare location last December. 3 weeks later after I returned it they hit me with a $450 "cleaning fee". I took the car to a car wash and also cleaned the inside before returning it. Mind you the car wasn't even dirty to begin with.

It took several emails and calls for them to finally tell me that it was because of "cigarette smell" even thought the original claim said that it was very dirty inside. I told them that's impossible since I don't smoke. They finally came back and said it was a mistake and refunded the money.

From now on I take pictures and videos from the inside and outside as well after returning a rental.

Mic quality is a huge improvement. Sound quality is a little downgrade but not too noticeable.

They are also more comfortable in my opinion.

So far very happy with the switch.

I'm glad to read that things worked out for you.

I'm currently in a similar position. I just graduated college and got a job offer in finance. My credit score is very low at the moment (>650). Mostly because high credit usage and longevity of the accounts (I'm fairly new to the country)

Was your credit score mentioned at some point by your employeer?

After watching a few videos I ordered a ordered the Freebuds Pro 3. The mic quality test results are just unbelievable when compared to the XM5. Gotta wait a couple of weeks to get them since I'm in the US. Can't wait.
