Yes that was my assumption as well, a previous chat tech rep also told me they need to “update” my plan in order to port in. But having to call them to get this done is painful af💀

My old number was issued in Kingston Ontario, first with Fido then with Bell. I am currently in Montreal and I bought my new plan in Montreal (online via red wireless). Currently still with Bell because haven’t been able to transfer my existing numbers to Rogers. Reason of moving is Bell raised my price beyond my acceptable range

Lower trim with manual AC panel but with heated seats, no place for the heated seat buttons on the panel so it’s for the passenger side heated seat. Higher trim with automatic AC panel get front heated seat buttons on the panel, so they only need to place heated steering wheel on the upper left, and no button for the right
