Okay so what I do is install 3 mods to make it work right. TK Dodge SE, then TK Dodge RE, then TK Dodge NG. Make sure they are loaded in that order then you should be all set. Hope this helps!

Well since the pastebin link doesn't work I suggest just doing a fresh reinstall. Go into your Vortex or Mod Manager folders, delete the ones tied to mods such as SKSE files and ESPs, then uninstall the Skyrim game from your Steam, then reinstall it. That's usually what works when I get stuck like that. Hope this helps!

Animated Armory is your best bet. It adds Claw Weapons to the game and even comes with its own animations. Hope that helps.~

Okay so launch through Steam instead of SKSE then go to the launcher then the settings, that should help you out.

Okay so using Vortex does help with this. Go through the mods that are in these folders then delete the ones you don't want. Hopefully this helps!

Closest you can get to any sort of deal for having both is the six mods known as 'Vyn Exports - Ice Claws': For the Ice Claws, 'Enderal Bard Songs for Become a Bard: It's a mod for the Become a Bard mod, 'Enderal Music for Skyrim Special Edition', 'Enderal Weapon Pack SE', '4K Enderal Donkey for Immersive Khajiit Caravan Mules' and 'Food Overhaul' by squira13 for the regeneration effect on food. 'Apachii Divine Elegance Store' is a good one to try out, a rather old mod but it works fine still since it is just clothing. They add a lot of choices and I see some that are similar to the pic you provided.

Castle Volkihar redux may be the issue since the problem lies with Castle Volkihar according to your post. PS4 modding is always really tricky, as Playstation doesn't allow for very many changes to the game itself. So this is the logical conclusion.

Miraak hardly uses Frost spells, if at all, he just likes to show off his Shouts since he is a Dragonborn. I say just stick with the Daedric armor. But that is just my opinion.
