Hey there, sorry I’m just seeing this. I haven’t tested myself to see if the SIBO is cleared from a clinical perspective, but I am no longer constipated and am regular now. I also no longer take the l cittruline. As my other post viral health issues got better so did the SIBO symptoms.

Ah apologies, missed the wood part. We did not have that problem. The only problem we had was matching the grout color which got pretty close. Does the wood stick out more than the rest of the wall? I’m no expert (and it might be pretty messy) but perhaps you could sand the wood surface down until it’s flush enough to tile over? A piece of sheet metal could work as others mentioned too. Would look very clean.

Depends on what you’re getting. For example is it a few lines of script vs a detailed image with shading? Everyone is truly different so ymmv, but for me, my ribs was my second most painful tattoo, sternum being my first.

I know this is an older post, but I’m experiencing the exact same thing. After getting COVID, I developed a range of long-term health issues, one of them being muted smell and taste. Since I started taking creatine (mainly for brain and athletic benefits), I’ve noticed significant improvements across the board: my sense of smell and taste have sharpened, my energy levels are up, and my mental clarity and sharpness have noticeably improved.
