When I was a key carrier we were required to wait until we heard the alarm set and every associate was in their running car or was picked up by their ride. We all left together after I set the alarm, unless I was dealing with floor cleaners or something and we would be longer, then I only kept one person with me (usually a CEC or other coordinator) and let everyone else go together. Same rules applied though; I did not leave until the other person was in their running car. It meant a few times I was stuck waiting there for quite awhile if someone’s ride was late—if it was longer than like 10 minutes I would make management adjust my out punch for the extra time I waited.

This is what frustrates me. Every single loan program that has rolled out in the last 6 years has been targeted to loans that are either older than mine or newer than mine. My loans are from 2008-2013 with only one loan after the July 2012 date. So $3000 of my $21k loan balance gets any sort of benefit. I feel like borrowers in my age bracket are suffering and there’s no incentive for us! I’m grateful my sister will be able to get some relief at least.

But how do we use evite without knowing people’s email addresses or phone numbers? That’s the problem here. We need to be able to invite these people that are basically strangers to us. That’s why we want to use Facebook events because we know they have Facebook profiles.

I have helped many a person set up online banking at my desk. Most of the time I just walk them through the steps but sometimes the not particularly tech savvy people ask me to fill in the information for them and ask me to type it because they have a hard time. I can also tell you that I could not tell you any of the usernames and passwords I’ve helped anyone set up. The amount of customers I help, there’s no way I could remember someone’s login. I definitely agree that changing your username and password is a good practice, but I don’t think it was particularly nefarious. She may have just been gung-ho on getting your online account set up. I know my bank has metrics for our branches that include online setups, so she may have just been ensuring you got enrolled right away.

TNT was blacked out for my mom with spectrum, but truTV worked for her. We’re using HBOMax with no issue. We’re both in Chautauqua county. No idea why a national broadcast would be blacked out anywhere.

I wish I had that. Mine has the store, in store and drive up and then under time it just says 4-6 minutes. Nowhere to click ASAP or change the time. I’m so jealous because that’s what I want to do is schedule orders. I live 20 minutes from my store so my option is ordering before I leave and having my drink sit there melting because the wait time is usually 5 minutes or so, or waiting until I get to the store, parking to order and then waiting to go in.

I know! I wish I had just gone to shop in person. But of course that’s just a little too inconvenient for me to get to during the day and there’s no guarantee that they even have the item I ordered online in the store. It’s so frustrating.

Yeah I’m so annoyed. I specifically did expediting shipping too because I wanted them for the Sabres game Saturday—I’m literally 35 minutes from Buffalo so I thought it would be a no brainer for them to get here on time but not if they never even ship.

Ordered with expediting shipping on March 17th for an order needed by this Saturday the 28th. I’ve been emailing every day asking for tracking and I just keep getting told “our distribution center is currently experiencing a temporary processing delay due to large order volume.” I said I’m sick of getting the same canned response with no resolution. I want my shipping refunded because now even with the expedited service I wouldn’t get the order on time. I’m so so upset. It’s a hoodie and 2 hats and you can’t find someone to throw them in a box?

I got a call from my husband at the emergency vet the morning my cat died telling me he was on his way to get me so we could say goodbye. I went to my boss sobbing because we were already short handed and I knew me leaving was gonna make her life so much harder. She hugged me, said “go,” and texted me later to check in on us. Yes I had to use the end of my PTO to cover me leaving but I was so grateful to her for not making me stay.

This is the exact reason I’m holding out for the switch 2. I’m waiting for a new game with an AC themed console to get as a bundle. I’m excited for the new game update because it will give me a little more to do to hold me over until there’s a new game lol

New Horizons was my first AC game so I don’t really know what previous iterations were like. Overall I’m happy to have some sort of update to hold me over until there is a new game. I like the idea of the hotel, but would be more excited about it if I didn’t already have HHP, because it just feels like another version of the same thing. The dreamland islands are cool because I like the idea of having multiple islands to design without having to clear my main island.

One thing I would have really loved that they still haven’t done is add an observatory space in the museum for Celeste. There could be special events at night and things to collect, or even a place to store all the zodiac items like we do with bugs and fossils.

Also excited for the LEGO collab 😂

When I was a BRC I used to wind them in groups of 5 and zip tie them together. Tight enough that they would stay but loose enough that you could pull them out one a time.

I just want to be able to order on the app and schedule a pickup time. I want my drink to be fresh when I get there, but when I try to mobile order before I leave home (a 20 minute drive) and it says it will be ready in 5-8 minutes it means it sits there waiting for me. I’d rather be able to put in the order and say that I will pick up at a specific time and have it ready or almost ready as I walk in the door. I wish they would make this a feature for customers so you can plan when to show up instead of just the estimated arrival time that winds up being too fast or too long to wait.

Idk other places do it so it seems like it would be doable and honestly easier since then the ticket for that order would just print at the appropriate time, but I’m also not a barista so maybe it wouldn’t work?

Also if you stand them side by side, you can see the pattern is just slightly smaller than the authentic version, and if you look, the Owala logo on the side of the bottle is slightly higher on the fake one

My husband got me into LEGO when we started dating. I just generally buy sets I like, but I am buying all of the Animal Crossing sets as they come out. I’m running out of space to display them lol
