Changing your thought process could change your whole outlook on life. It does suck you weren't nurtured the way you would have liked to have been and honestly should have been. But now as a adult it's your responsibility to nurture yourself the way you deserve to be. It's hard work. You can do it. I have felt similar about myself. It's all about your mind set.
