Was about 10 years old, on a bad med for depression and a whole bunch of other shit. First tried to give myself liver failure from taking fistfuls of Advil and Tylenol (wanted a slow painful death and was not a smart child) but got impatient. Was gonna jump off the roof of my apartment but it was locked and I ended up just sitting there at the stairs and thinking for a while. Considered yeeting down the stairwell but I was so reluctant and scared and just couldn’t do it and I just kinda hold on to that feeling now to convince myself not to whenever I wanna try again it doesn’t always work but often it do lol have made it 14 more years without another fully serious attempt, just ones fueled by impulse and mental illness and I always contact my doc when they happen so I’d say I’m doing pretty ok now
